I really love the #14 grilled chicken sandwitch. But I can never get it. I come before 9 pm and they always tell me the kitchen is closed and only chicken nuggets available. This happened to 10 people before me in the line. I catch the phoenix flight at night and get here 10-15 mins before 9 pm . They close before closing and its disappointing. When i ask for a manager i was told there is no manager. When i ask for supervisor, they tell me no supervisor. Very consistent in closing before 9 pm.

The staff were so friendly and energetic that they really lifted my mood after my flight got delayed. The food came out quickly, and there were plenty of seats so I didn’t have to wait. It was a great meal to have before leaving Houston.

My experience at the Jack in the Box in IAH Terminal A was terrible. After paying, I waited for my order, and missing fries in my order.
When I finally realized the error and went back to the counter, the employee was incredibly rude. Instead of apologizing for losing the order, they actually questioned me with a dismissive 'What took you so long to tell us the order was wrong?' This level of unprofessionalism and blame-shifting is completely unacceptable in an airport where customers are on a tight schedule. I wasted time, and had to show empty boxes indicating i didnt received order. . Avoid this location.

This location is conveniently located right after the Terminal A security checkpoint. The service was cheerful and prompt. It wasn't busy around 6pm on a Monday and there was a lot of open seating. The food was tasty and what you would expect from a Jack in the Box (not quite Five Guys but way less than half the $).
No longer what it used to be ,they killed The Ultimate Chessburger ,the new one is a huge disappointment,last time the serviced took over 45min ,they had forgotten about me and I had to get out of my car and go in the store ,never again !!

This store is in Bush Intercontinental AirPort Terminal A near Gate A7. Busy breakfast hours but the line moved quick and efficiently due to a line server named Alma C. She directed everyone on both sides of the counter beautifully! Food was fresh and good.

I really like Jack in the box burgers so I stopped here for lunch. This location is in terminal N at the Houston Int Airport. The service is quick and good but the burger was very dry.. not typical of Jack in the box burgers.
