Very slow with one car in the drive-through, bad customer service and cold food. I literally had to turn around and bring the food back to get fresh food. You guys need to do better or if you don’t wanna work there find another job.

I stopped at this location as I was leaving Bush airport following a business trip. I was hungry and decided to stop before getting home as it was late.
Not only was the $14 for the #3 combo a total rip off, due to the size of the burger. I mean, seriously it’s no wonder these fast food businesses are slowly failing.
The burger was old and reheated. A piece of old hamburger meat between two stale buns with absolutely nothing else. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was already on the freeway I would have returned and demanded a refund.
The fries, oh the fries! Old and reheated.
I keep saying I am going to stop going to fast food. This time I mean it.
Jack in the box is by far worse than McDonald’s or Burger King, and I didn’t think it could get any worse and gross.
To the owner, no need to respond. I’ve read your other response to reviews and you’re just providing the typical BS responses and don’t intend to do anything to fix your disgusting establishment. If you really cared you would improve the quality of the food.

Edit: Was able to try this fastfood chain again at a different location (aitport) correct orders given, food was fresh, workers were polite and present. The texture of the meals was so different I cant help but wonder how long the food at this specific location gets left out for as it was clearly not fresh. Very soggy and stale in comparison. Foodsafe practices exist for a reason. I hope no one gets sick.
Dirty, messy, rude.
Wrong burgers, wrong sides, missing drinks, missing dips, worker asked for our bags back after we took them to our table and felt around opening all the boxes, we then had to ask and show them our receipt to get any sauces, another 3 times before they gave us the correct sauces, which we paid for. When asked the final time for the sauces, worker seemingly smirked before turning her back at us and continued standing around in the middle while the other workers scrambled around trying to get orders out. I had to get another worker to help me.
Horribly dissapointing experience, not worth getting the correct items. Believe we deserved to have our items replaced with a refund however with the lack of quality in the customer service here, I simply did not want to go back.

Just tried to Order cheese sticks and a shake…. Cheese sticks no cheese.. the shake is just ice cream in a cup… this the second time we tried to give them a chance. 😂 cant say we’ll be coming again.

There is only one kiosk to serve you and it was filthy. Our order was completely wrong with missing items and staff ignored us when we were asking them to correct our order.
Tables were filthy, floors were filthy and for some reason people kept coming in to use only the bathroom so I don’t even want to imagine what it was like in there.

Yummo! I've eaten at this location a few times and each time the food was fresh, hot, and yummy. My favorite sandwich is the Chick-N-Tater Melt, I wish that was a permanent menu item! Also love the smash burgers, shakes, and mini churros! I look forward to stopping here whenever I fly into Houston!
