Last night after I ordered some food a guy from out the state didn't know English. The short Hispanic lady with blonde hair pulled her phone out and used Google translate to communicate with him. This employee has great communication skills ❤️❤️

Vegetarian options: My husband and I had an issue with a customer this morning between 4-4:30 am a lady behind us kept honking at us. The lady at the drive thru was being so nice to her but the lady kept yelling at the employee. I'm glad there is still good people like that employees

Service is always good and there haven’t been long lines since I’ve been there.
Decent, I got the chicken & waffle, syrup was optional, I couldn’t make it a combo & it doesn’t come as a combo so I just got that and drank the best thing for me, water & it was already in the car #free😉

I have not been to a Jack in the box in over 40 years...
I had one of the most exceptional customer experiences at this location at midnight after a later arrival from the IAH airport. This gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable and politely explained all the menu choices.
I was shocked that they serve chicken, Asian, Burgers and Breakfast; with an even bigger surprise that it was all very tasty, fresh and hot.
