Very terrible DIAMOND was so rude on Friday did not look like she cared and was on her phone while talking to me it. Happened around 12-12:30 very sad.

So my family wanted to stop here and dine in after leaving the airport we ordered 4 breakfast platters first and it came out in a timely manner but my daughter ordered the Nashville hot big box combo she placed that order at 09:15 around 9:25 I asked qhat happened to her order and was told they will contact the manager because it was unacceptable that she haven't received her food and now it is 10 25 and was told it's being made to now it was given to someone else needles to say at 10:45 she finally got her food and the only reason we didn't pursue a refund is because she had an operation due and had to eat before midnight. This was a first and last after leaving the Bush IAH.

JACK IN THE BOX IS A FAVE OF MINE 🥰we don’t have this back home so when I travel This is a definite STOP. But it’s hit or miss depending on the place! BUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS AMAZING! 🤩 THE STAFF WAS TOP TIER “JOEL” was very helpful and did his very best to assist when it came to asking about the new items on the menu. It’s always good to have staff that take pride in what they do, that are dedicated to the company they represent. Thank you Joel for starting my vacation off With smiles due to your customer service and welcoming spirit… The photos don’t serve any justice, I lost the pictures that I took but My food was fresh - I got the buffalo mozzarella sticks and they were AMAZING & the 2 tacos for $1.50 off the app 😻

I ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken combos with diet Dr p.
Let me tell you what I received.
2 boxes with the driest popcorn chicken. Nashville hot sauce was non existent. Oh and regular Dr. pepper. Diabetes in a cup.
They change the best burger they had ,the ultimate cheese burger to what they have now ,huge disappointment

Yeah, nobody cares here. I placed a cash order at the kiosk, nobody was attentive enough to take my cash, but the Food Mart next door did, so I got me some Church's chicken instead.
