Food was good but the service is undeniable, I talked to a dude from Louisiana who turned out to be the manager, bro was so chill he was talking to me as a friend and not a customer. We need more people like him

As someone who works long hours there aren’t many places to eat at midnight so jack has become my go to. Food is always fresh and my order is always correct but I literally dread drive thru because of the RUDE workers. Never a response to my ‘thank you’ they couldn’t close the window quick enough. To top it off the guy literally tossed my food at me tonight😭 if yall don’t want to work here please leave.
