The lady (no name tag) that helped me was semi rude and speaking under her breath when I asked her to clean ONE of MANY tables after I received my order in just 2 minutes.
No way that food was fresh! I'm NEVER going back to this location @4400 W Fuqua.
The restaurant wasn't clean, tables weren't clean, the rugs needed sweeping, she's walking on the back of her shoes, moving extremely slow. I don't know how she's holding that job, to be so unconcerned. (Hispanic lady with tattoos)

Now how in the heck I literally just left out the line and food is cold fries literally must have been sitting up there for a while not even a taste of heat on tongue then I tried calling in to let management know phone goes straight to answering machine this is ridiculous and if the crew don’t want to work or serve food like they would like theirs they should find them another occupation.

Ordered breakfast platter and the quality was not close to good. Half of the food was burned, and the egg portion was probably half of an egg just sitting in the corner of the plate. I had a similar experience at this location in the past but I decided to give it another chance. Well never again. Hope one day they improve.
