Gonna have to give this place about three stars. The first time I went, the service was great, particularly by the young lady with the short haircut. The second time that I went, the service was subpar. Now, the third time rubbed me the wrong way and left a bad taste in my mouth; this was from the young lady with the short haircut. Though she was nice the first time around, the second time, she presented this sarcastic, nice/nasty type of attitude. Now, I love the meat lover's breakfast burrito. However, I have to ask for picante sauce (which she didn't even know what that was) or salsa because they seem to not include that unless you ask for it at the window. This particular time, when I asked her the salsa, she responds with a sarcastic attitude: I mean, it comes with it. I had to hold my tongue because I was about to say something ungodly to her but I cannot see behind the wall as to who is preparing my food. Needless to say, this will definitely be my last time coming to this location. I despise nasty customer service.

Normal experience for a fast food restaurant. Only appeared to be two people working. They were constantly in the back where we couldn't see them and we had to call out when we needed something. The soda machine was either broken or off- and they were unaware of it being so until we said something. I understand being understaffed, which is what it seemed like. All the trash barrels were filled to the max, all the tables were dirty as well as the floor.
We went with our son around 5pm on a Saturday, so had assumed it would have been a little more cleaned up. Due to the state of cleanliness I didnt even want to see the bathroom(s).
The food was decent. It came out hot and appeared fresh. Made how we ordered it as well. Only issue food wise was a portion of our order was forgotten and we had to remind them about it.
Would recommend for a fast meal, but not for a dine in service unless your desperately needing a place to relax.

We went through the drive through, and it took like 30 minutes.

The person in front of us stayed back until they were signaled to move forward.

The person that helped us at the window was wearing a mask, but they barely talked to us.

Nicole and James are the definition of world star customer service. Every visit feels like five star dining thanks to their consistent professionalism, warm energy, and laser sharp attention to detail. They do not just get your order right. They get it perfect the first time every time.

The establishment is always spotless. Clean tables, shining floors, and a welcoming atmosphere show real pride in the space. The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly how you want it. You can tell they care about quality and not just speed.

What really sets Nicole and James apart is how personable they are. They remember faces, greet you with genuine kindness, and make everyone from regulars to first time visitors feel like part of the Jack in the Box family. Their dedication reflects true community values. You can tell they care deeply about people, not just the job.

They were expedient, and the food was good. I gave them 4 stars for food because I ask for 2 orders of curly fries, and 1 order of regular fries. I really had a taste for curly fries, but it wasn't that big of a deal for me. They did give me a military discount so they made up for it on service. Overall they did a very good job.

Came at 10 pm they didn’t want to take my order then for got to give me my order then when wanna talk to manager they refuse to talk to me and I didn’t get my food nor did I get a refund. This is the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. And I try calling corporate but no answer do not go here

I went to jack in the box at 12 AM I ordered the T-Pain munchy meal with a cheesecake after ordering, I pulled up to the window paid in the guy at the window told me to back my car up, and then he will tell me to pull back up, which I found out a little strange after they finish making my food he opened the window and told me to pull for I grabbed my food and while speaking, and I realized that I didn’t have my cheesecake. I had to go back and get my cheesecake upon leaving again. I looked into T-Pain munchy meal and I was missing my taco. The service was unacceptable slow and not at all what I expected.

The lady today was too busy on her cell phone to take my order correctly called me a slur and got upset because i asked for more sugar for my coffee because i was only given 2 packets when I asked for 10 . Get off your phone next time so you can hear.

Edit** Tried them again thinking it was maybe a bad day for them , (whatever) BUT these fries are hard and old and the lady at the window was subpar to say the least. I won't be back . Also asked for 10 sugars and didnt get them , I don't have sugar at work so I expected to get what I asked for with my coffee. How disappointing

5/30/25 @ 11:50PM. Waited 15 minutes and ordered my food. They forgot an item that was $5. I would like a refund or to get the item I paid for and this review will go away.
