Usually when I come to this location they are supposed to be open at 6:00 in the morning, every morning. And every time I have tried to eat at this location the employees will have one other person making food. So they will say that I need to come through the drive-thru when (keep in mind) they are supposed to open at 6:00 a.m.. There is no lock on the bathroom door. And the place stinks, to the point you cant enjoy your food. And the Manager in the morning is rude and disrespectful. Stay away from this location at all cost.

Omg. Listen I have never received leftover fast food in this bad of a condition in my life. This was my first and last visit at this location. I threw that trash away. I’m so mad I waited so long and didn’t check the food before I left. The fries and tacos were so horrible. I don’t understand why I had to wait so long for old food.

This is the worst fast food in the world they gave me cold and hard and recooked fries the food had mold on it and when I went to order it smelt like a garbage can after sitting for 1000 years and it took them 1 hour to get my food don’t come here it also gave me food poisoning if you come here you will have the worst day of your life good bye

The chicken Teriyaki bowl was fresh and tasty. The staff member was very nice, professional, and greeted with a warm smile. I recommend this Jack in the Box to everyone.

Manager gave away free food to a dasher. Food was stolen so she doesn’t talk to the customers at all. Instead of a conversation she called the gm and said no food and maid is waiting an 1 hour for cancellation. They don’t care about their workers. Keep hiring grill people when they need cashiers. Manager is lazy sitting in the office eating and talking on the phone. DONT COME HERE! They can shut down like the last one. Dirty on the inside and smells like dirty mop water!

When I was picking up my breakfast I saw a roach crawling around the straws and sugar and cream. It really lost my appetite that's nasty. They need that restaurant sprayed down.

I put an online pickup order here the other day. As I went in, I was not acknowledged by anyone even after the workers walked past me. I stood there as I watched my order sit on the counter. When I got my food, it was already cold and the ice in my drink had melted.

Gonna have to give this place about three stars. The first time I went, the service was great, particularly by the young lady with the short haircut. The second time that I went, the service was subpar. Now, the third time rubbed me the wrong way and left a bad taste in my mouth; this was from the young lady with the short haircut. Though she was nice the first time around, the second time, she presented this sarcastic, nice/nasty type of attitude. Now, I love the meat lover's breakfast burrito. However, I have to ask for picante sauce (which she didn't even know what that was) or salsa because they seem to not include that unless you ask for it at the window. This particular time, when I asked her the salsa, she responds with a sarcastic attitude: I mean, it comes with it. I had to hold my tongue because I was about to say something ungodly to her but I cannot see behind the wall as to who is preparing my food. Needless to say, this will definitely be my last time coming to this location. I despise nasty customer service.

Normal experience for a fast food restaurant. Only appeared to be two people working. They were constantly in the back where we couldn't see them and we had to call out when we needed something. The soda machine was either broken or off- and they were unaware of it being so until we said something. I understand being understaffed, which is what it seemed like. All the trash barrels were filled to the max, all the tables were dirty as well as the floor.
We went with our son around 5pm on a Saturday, so had assumed it would have been a little more cleaned up. Due to the state of cleanliness I didnt even want to see the bathroom(s).
The food was decent. It came out hot and appeared fresh. Made how we ordered it as well. Only issue food wise was a portion of our order was forgotten and we had to remind them about it.
Would recommend for a fast meal, but not for a dine in service unless your desperately needing a place to relax.
