I will never in my life visit this location again. I was hungry and ordered one taco and In order of egg rolls. When I got my food, the taco was so cold, the grease was seeping through the shell. You could feel the cold temperature, as you touch it, the lettuce was wilted. The cheese wasn't melted. The shell was stale. It was horrible so I drove back to the Jack in the box and told them. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. In turn, they made me another one and it was still cold and nasty. Just the same maybe the grease wasn't hot. I don't know what was going on. The egg rolls tasted like. They have been sitting out since the day before. Possibly are expired sitting in the freezer. I believe this is an individually owned location. This food is horrible. The service is horrible. This is not the first time I have encountered bad food. But I continue to go back to give them another chance. If the health department were to walk into this fast food chain it would be closed down. It is pathetic. I cannot believe they would sell people food the way they do. They are nasty. I told the manager about it. She says well we're changing shifts and it happens. I said ma'am, selling people food. The way that should never happen. Shake in my head

It stinks in there and workers have an attitude when you try to get their attention because IVE BEEN WAITING FOR SEVERAL MINUTES and they playing around in the back !! And then on top of that they will give you the dirty look as in WHY BOTHER

They probably don't deserve 5 stars on merit, but when I ordered late via UberEats, they gave me free burgers and tons of condiments. Which, at 2 am, is perfect. So maybe the food isn't the best, what did I expect? The churros are always on point, though. 5 stars for the free extra burgers!!!Definitely will take the odds and order here again.
