Horrible location, young girl at the window doesn’t know how to count, I missed part of my order and didn’t notice until I got to my destination. So sad I will have to check my bag before leaving to make sure I got my order correct, they can’t even do that simple job? I feel bad for them.

Came here went through drive thru nobody said nothing drove to the window some girl open the window and tell me they close because she just got there and closed the window in my face came inside and see her serving only the dude who dropped her off while me and another chick just stood there will NEVER come back here again

Terrible service, maybe they do not have enough employees. But they have you wait on the drive through for long and no explanation and when you say hello they just respond rude. Bad customer service. Jack in the box are getting very getto

I I wanted to get a quick bite before I went to work.
The lobby was not open it was 7:00 a.m.
I went to the drive-thru I stopped at speaker for a couple of minutes nobody answered I went to the window and a lady answered and when I tried to order she said only DoorDash and she kept saying something in Spanish She didn't really speak English and I kept trying to ask if she was open and all she kept saying was only DoorDash and something was wrong with the system I think.
So since she obviously didn't want to take my money and they weren't really open for business even though there was some poor person stuck there opening the window and trying to talk to people when she obviously couldn't because she didn't speak any English he was the only person I saw in the building at all.
So I went to Whataburger who was more than happy to take my money.
I'm very sad and disappointed because I used to like Jack in the box especially for breakfast.

If I could give this location 0 stars I absolutely would. Multiple occasions coming here and employees seem like they don’t want to do their job. Grill is closed? I’m sorry I thought Jack in the Box was 24/7, silly me

They got my order wrong twice and want to argue with me about my order being correct. They did not want to give me a refund and nothing for my trouble because I had to turn around to come and fix the order that they got wrong.
