I arrived at this location on October 29 at 1:25 a.m. and was the only car in the drive-thru. I know they were open since it’s a 24-hour location and there were two vehicles parked outside. I waited for about five minutes with no response, repeatedly saying hello, but no one answered. I eventually honked, and a woman with a Hispanic accent finally responded through the speaker—only to tell me to leave and that she wouldn’t take my order, without any explanation. I called the location afterward to ask what that was about but couldn’t reach anyone—she kept hanging up on me. I’m not sure what the point is of having staff at the store if they’re not actually doing their job. Extremely unprofessional experience.

This is the jack in the box I always go to and I never had an issue with service or the food here. Everytime they've made mistakes, like forgetting an item in my order for example, they quickly fixed it with no issues after bringing it to their attention. All the staff I've encountered have been nice.

Whoever works overnight at this 24 hour location will not take orders and is collecting a free check all night. Just say online that the store isn’t 24 hours because there too lazy to fix a cup of coffee and had the nerve to even come outside and not say why you not taking orders at a business that says it’s 24hours? If you’re closed why are you even there on the clock?

I’ve been coming to this location for over 15 years. It used to be great — fresh food and friendly service. But lately, everything has gone downhill. I kept stopping by because it’s convenient, but today was the final straw. The tacos were old and soggy, and the curly fries were nothing but dry, hard crumbs — clearly the bottom of the batch. It was a truly disappointing experience. I’m not sure what happened to this place, but it’s no longer worth the stop.
