Excellent, I really liked the food and it was fresh, but we should start treating people better, I went and since they didn't tell me anything I started saying (hello hello) and no one answered and that's when they told me to wait and I think that's what bothered their guys because the service was bad and rude, bad experience

Rude employee took 30 minutes to give my food and still told me and i quote “too bad you have to wait” extremely rude the ticket said her name is melissa and she needs to be fired. She was denying people access to the store and screaming to have the door locked.Im not sure if that was the manager or what her problem is. i will contact corporate about this issue and there is mold and water leaking from what i asume is the ac vent dripping right down on where the iced coffee is made disgusting sticky place the ice machine had no ice and was covered in syrup just like the floor around the cashier area and near the machine.

We ordered off ubereats, we noticed the burgers had a off taste to them not the usual bit was edible. Then we got to eating our tacos after just the first bites we spit it out due to tasting like cleaning chemicals.
It said they are 24 hrs but they never attend after midnight

Workers had the audacity to say they can only accept DoorDash or online delivery. Then proceeded to say they didn’t have a cook 😂. Like how you gonna take orders but no cook doesn’t make sense at all. Also you get crossed trained how to do everything. If you just don’t wanna take orders just say that or if you’re prepping for the next crew say that as well.
