I specifically went because I was craving beef tips and saw that it was their Friday special. They were hearty, flavorful, and a good deal.
The black-eyed peas were also good, but I wasn't blown away by the greens, okra, or cornbread. The green beans were quite bland.
I would go again and try other specials and other sides.

Everything they make they make really well good comfort food like you would get at home. If your tired of or just dont like the same old fast food francises this is an amazing place. Cafateria style plates that rotate and change according to what day of the week it is. You might be a thursday regular if you like beef tips rice and gravy or maybe grilled pork chops.
