At drive thru I ordered 3 eggs rolls & 2 tacos. I looked in the bag, I see tacos & the rectangle box..so order good, I thought.....NO it was not. Instead of 3 eggs rolls I have 8 chicken nuggets. I did get Sweet & Sour sauce. I did not find a receipt. This must be a practice. I have not receive one before either. A few months ago, I ordered 9 individual egg rolls. They were cold in the core. You cannot get anyone on the phone. Oh, I guess other orders are wrong...

We ordered on the app ahead of time,as well as prepaid for our food. Our order for 3+ people was over $30. It was about 3am. So I didn't check, until I got back but Ms. Mariana remembered who I was when I came back and gave me back my missing item . But overall that's what customer service is all about!
