I had to go back to the counter & question the size of the meat on my Sourdough Jack. Appeared to be much more bread showing than usual. U see the cheese hadn't even melted. Not sure why they stopped buttering the bread on The Sourdough Jack! Now it's big dryazz toast! Cheese wasbt even melted! Curly fries werent even hot & i sat there & waited for them! Nothing like it used to be. But yeah, I cant wait ho get back & take a pic of the next one....

Staff is just some folks making a living. I had a paragraph about how they don't go above and beyond, but that reminded me how I asked for my meal a certain way, and they got it by the third order. So I felt that was special, while the usual employee would look at me like I'm stupid and say, "we can't do that." As if I asked them to cook me a steak from scratch.

I went through the drive thru the person that took out was amazing. She got my order right and ensured we got fresh food. She is a older woman that is there often in the evening and always gives good service.
