Good fruit tea and boba spot. Peach fruit tea has pickled peach slices. Their Oolong tea has some herbal flavor, was not a fan. But Milktea was tasty
Cozy interior - even good for study/work, if they would lower the music volume a bit.

So so thankful that our office is 2 minutes away from Jade’s! The Banh Mi is delicious and we have to get some at least once a week! And the Vietnamese coffee with crystal boba is a MUST!

Im new to this!!! This place is sooo good based on what I tried 🤑 I tried the green tea with kiwi chunks and a barbecue chicken sandwich. The sandwiches bread is soft and Crispy on the outside, the chicken is juicy and explodes with flavor in your mouth 🤤

I definitely recommend trying this place at least once if you see it nearby, I would even say it’s better than “Lee’s sandwiches”
