Got to this place at 8:15 and the door was closed already. went around to order Drive through and was told i can only order smoothies and nothing else . The only problem i have with any of this is that there is no sign that states at what time the front lobby is closed . Neither is there any sign that states at a specific time can nothing else be ordered but smoothies . I understand employees are lazy at times but the tone the lady had that attended us from the jump was pretty aggressive . I stated i wanted some time to look at the menu and was told “Okay but we are about to close” in a way that felt like i was being told order now or don’t order at all. smoothies is ok tho :)

This establishment claims to open at 7 am, but I’ve visited multiple times and they’re never open at that time. One day, I arrived at 7:10 am and a girl informed me that they weren’t fully open yet. The open sign displayed this information as well. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. They need to hire better staff.

To make matters worse, I parked my car and walked to the door just to check if it was open. The girl then walked to the front door, but remember, I’ve been in the drive-thru since 7:05 am.

I ordered and paid for 2 large smoothies. Arianna came with 2 medium smoothies. I told her I paid for 2 large smoothies. She went to the back with the 2 medium smoothies and returned with 2 large smoothies a few moments later she returned with 2 large that I questioned she couldn't have remade them to which she replied she had some leftover in the blender. When I drove away I realized that wasn't true. She took ice , put it on the bottom of the large cup and poured over the medium smoothie. So I paid for a large and got a medium smoothie over ice... Not ok I will not go back to this location several other times they got my order wrong!

It’s apparently national smoothie day. It said all over the website they had $1 mango and $1 strawberry smoothies from 3pm-6pm today. My friend went in to get one and they said it was the only the first 30 customers that qualified??
Nothing wrong with the staff- the owners/ managers need to do a better- more accurate job marketing.

Manager rude when explaining why they wouldn’t honor the $1 special. Said from 3-6 and it was only 3:50. Sad because it’s a new location close to my house.

I stop by for a smoothie when I’m in the area and my drink is always made quickly and accurately, but, the star has to be the kind employees. I just go through the drive through, but I must say, each time I am greeted and treated so politely.

The order was completely wrong and it had nuts in it after specifically told no nuts thank god my brother tasted it before my mom did, this is the second time this incident has happened. And the bowl was half way full and the cashier was very rude. I will NOT be going back.
