I hope the owners and managers read this. Your store is not opening up at 7:00am on the dot. You are losing business because working professionals need to get to work and opt to go elsewhere because you aren’t open when you are supposed to
Love dream Machine, but it hasn’t been consistent in taste, although today’s is excellent according to my son! They also have a rewards program, but you’ll have to remember ask them to add your purchase.
Ney was refreshing to work with! I was telling her how Jamba was my first job in high school and she listened to me reminisce for minutes lol
She was so sweet, engaging, and fulfilled my order perfectly! The açaí primo and the turkey sausage wrap was to die for. She was just an overall wonderful store ambassador who looked what she does!
Pulled up to this Jamba Juice 3/14/25 and they are closed early at 7:56 when the closing time on the door is printed 8pm.
The service, lately, at the early am shift during the week is inconsistent and depends on who’s working. I can get a great smoothie one day, maybe two days straight and the next a liquified drink. I ordered a smoothie and it was liquified. I asked the young lady that made it to exchange it because I wanted a smoothie, not a drink. She initially tried to give me some excuse as to why it was like that but I’m in there almost every other day and never received it juiced. She asked me how do I want it? And did I want more ice? Heck I don’t know how to make them lol that’s why I’m here!
Maybe this was her first day? I’m not sure but the “smoothie” I received was for sure a juiced chocolate mood. She apologized and remade it. Once remade it came out great (you can tell she was frazzled as the line was growing). She was also there working by herself and messed up another person prior to me. Management please get her some help in there and train her before you lose an employee!
I will still go back as most of my visits have been good.

Really great experience here, this was my first time trying a bowl an it was the employees took the time to answer my questions I'd like to point out Mya she had a great attitude an patience during a busy time to talk to me i think thats exceptional customer service ... preciate the service Jamba Thank you

Great staff/customer service, but there needs to be a better focus on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Also, the floors usually always look dirty...
I literally just walked in at 7:55 pm and was told they are closed. The worker was really rude and just kept saying sorry we’re closed when I pointed out they are still open for 5 more minutes and the door is unlocked. Terrible customer service.
I happened to be here at the same time a guy named Bryan was harassing staff. He was making me uncomfortable with the inappropriate comments he made directed at the staff who seemed to be minors. He is here in the reviews acting like the victim when he knows before he left he kept talking to his son badly about the staff. lying and making seem innocent people bad isn’t cool Bryan Keefe, you are a grown man acting like a child in public.
