As a birthday perk in October, I get a free small smoothie! I would come here to the Post Oak near Galleria for years! My best friend’s sis created the White Gummy 23 years ago! I decided to get that drink! Chris Roberts was quite helpful!

Showed up here on 9/11/2025 at 7:53pm I was rudely turned back by the two women on shift despite a closing time of 8pm. I’m a regular - won’t be returning. For the owners - don’t let disgruntled employees destroy your business - from one business owner to another.

it is 10 am currently, so there isn’t a lot of people here in store. the woman who served me was so kind and informative about the menu and made sure that all of my questions were answered.

i ordered the dragon fruit delight bowl in a regular size and it exceeded my expectations. i missed eating dragon fruit and this bowl is delicious. :)

Came in for a pick up, lady looked at me like I killed her family and gave me my order. I said thank you and got no response in return. Which i wasnt expecting since the family in front of me got good service. Food was good thought!

The tall black guy has the nastiest attitude no customer service always has an attitude really hate coming here because of his customer service & if I didn’t have to drive so far I would never come to this one….the fair skin guy is sweet very respectful and doesn’t mind fixing a problem & he makes my bowl perfect every time !

Love dream Machine, but it hasn’t been consistent in taste, although today’s is excellent according to my son! They also have a rewards program, but you’ll have to remember ask them to add your purchase.

Ney was refreshing to work with! I was telling her how Jamba was my first job in high school and she listened to me reminisce for minutes lol
She was so sweet, engaging, and fulfilled my order perfectly! The açaí primo and the turkey sausage wrap was to die for. She was just an overall wonderful store ambassador who looked what she does!

The service, lately, at the early am shift during the week is inconsistent and depends on who’s working. I can get a great smoothie one day, maybe two days straight and the next a liquified drink. I ordered a smoothie and it was liquified. I asked the young lady that made it to exchange it because I wanted a smoothie, not a drink. She initially tried to give me some excuse as to why it was like that but I’m in there almost every other day and never received it juiced. She asked me how do I want it? And did I want more ice? Heck I don’t know how to make them lol that’s why I’m here!
Maybe this was her first day? I’m not sure but the “smoothie” I received was for sure a juiced chocolate mood. She apologized and remade it. Once remade it came out great (you can tell she was frazzled as the line was growing). She was also there working by herself and messed up another person prior to me. Management please get her some help in there and train her before you lose an employee!

I will still go back as most of my visits have been good.
