I can’t explain how much I love this location. Velvet tacos are great!!! But the service and love from Hailey, Kai, and the cooks are exceptional. They know my name and my order and they never miss a beat.

From her warm welcome to her attentive care throughout the meal, Nay went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her genuine enthusiasm and dedication truly enhanced our dining experience. Combined with the delicious food and inviting atmosphere, Nay's service made our visit to Velvet Taco truly memorable. It's my first time ordering from Galleria location and I had an issue with the time pick up so I called them to let them know and Jennifer was so accommodating and really did everything in her power to make the client (me) happy!
