One can never go wrong with lunch at Mariposa. The service, food and ambiance is consistently top notch. It's my favorite ladies lunch restaurant . I find it especially convenient to take some time and shop a bit afterwards too! - Marie L. Newport Beach
Mariposa is always a lovely experience. Calm ambiance for relaxed conversation. Everyone loves the amazing popovers, strawberry butter and consommé. We had an excellent German sparkling rose with no alcohol. The Hoisin chicken salad is a favorite. Ben was our waiter and is outstanding. Reads the guests well and we experienced exemplary service. Great spot for lunch.
Tuna Tartare with avocado was delicious. My two guest had chicken salad and shrimp salad respectively and they loved them. It's always nice and a more elegant experience than most of the restaurants at the mall. The Consomme and the baked popover with the strawberry butter is always a big hit.
