I visited this Jason's Oct. 6 during a layover. I give it 4 stars because the food was good, and the prices were not very hiked up for airport food; it was still accesible.
The only thing I would say I didn't like is that the menu is limited. I understand as it is only an "airport version," but many items of the already limited menu were unavailable. I had chosen 3 different options before something was available. Service was OK, but management should keep better inventory control.

Great little spot! The staff was really cognizant of food allergy. Changed knives, and gloves. Thank you!
They should close this place. The employees are not motivated and the food sucks to he a Jason's. Also overpriced for the quality.

Ordered the managers special- half sandwich and cup of soup.
The soup was less than lukewarm so I didn’t eat because I didn’t want to consume food that was kept at unsafe temperatures. Waste of money.

Wow, what can I say, this is a terribly run business. After getting off of a long day of travel, we decided to get something to eat before the long drive home from the airport. Jason's Deli seemed like a good choice; sandwiches are usually a healthy choice, and the toasted bread smelled very good.A typical sign of a poorly managed business is when they run out of items. Today, they were out of at least the following: medium cup tops, Swiss cheese, Reuben, ice, and tomato soup. When my wife decided that they ran out of everything she wanted so she would go somewhere else, the cashier cancelled the whole order without telling me. I waited there for 15 minutes with my kids and he never said a word. I eventually asked how the offer was coming and he told me he had cancelled it.Total disaster of an experience all the way around. Looks like it's time for IAH to refresh the businesses they allow here.

Shows online that this Jason Deli closes at 9pm. So we walked the terminal to get there and upon arriving at 8:10..we were told we are closed. You should update your hours and not waste people's time.
