I have always admired the way Bill was adiment about serving the beans he roasted in there shop in the 80's. I live near the coast these days, but I am going to make a special trip up to see. Hoping Bill is still on top of things. Best coffee ever! We used to serve it at the Village cheese shop in the rice village!!°
The owner (I am going to assume he is) is knowledgeable about his coffee flavors ☕ and teas ☕, and he was kind enough to let me have a sample a freshly brewed yet smooth Mexican 🇲🇽 coffee (he had freshly brewed Mexican and Italian coffee). The tea I purchased is this floral hibiscus 🌺 raspberry tea and one vanilla biscotti. This place is well hidden but the trip was worth it! ✅
Amazing coffee roaster! The coffee is incredible with every flavor being beyond expectations. The owner is very chill, and if you have a flavor profile you enjoy and want to expand your palate he can recommend you flavors based on what you pick! 10/10 location and ill highly recommend this place when you are looking for your next coffee supplier.
