Well, this is in Houston. James Coney Island is one of my favorite places to go for a chili dog with onions and a bowl of chili. They serve other things nowadays but I just go mainly for the chili. For me, it stands apart in a good way from other chili's. The seasoning gives it a great flavor and it is made with roast beef.
The staff is super friendly. I ordered a foot long hotdog and it seemed sick . lol. the weiner was really skinny, I'm use to eating Sonic footlongs and this was nothing compared to them, seemed old and dried up and not juicy at all. If I come here again maybe I'll try a burger. wasn't my best experience for 1st time visit, the tator tots were good.
Chili cheese fries are the best and the cheese coneys eating these since 1992! For the walker combo $12 a person is not expensive you get 2 cheese dogs ask for chili cheese on your fries and a drink it's the normal price at any fast food for a combo meal for one. Try them best hotdogs I ever had.
