I went to Jeni's this past Saturday and OH MY GOSH! Their ice cream is great. I got the flavor gooey butter cake and bramble berry in their waffle cone. The customer service was also great and the young girl helping me with the crochet bandana was so sweet to me. She was very patient with me as I tend to stutter. Her smile made me feel very comfortable and the experience was great. 10/10 would recommend.
My favorite spot for icecream! BUT the staff at this location is amazing. They are always so friendly and positive. Especially Keegan!! (sorry if I misspelled the name)

Ambiance: Charming Ice Cream chain shop located in the Historic Heights area off 19th street, Jeni's is the perfect spot to curb your ice cream cravings! I always love to order the gooey butter cake! They have rotating & seasonal flavors, all of which you can taste test before committing. Clean shop with seating inside & out. Highly recommend as a quick ice cream spot or social!
