“My family has been coming here for a few years; initially sporadic, we’ve now upped the visits to ~5 or so monthly. The staff is always friendly and attentive, kindly welcoming each customer even at their busiest moments. I’d yet to counter any issue with my orders; whether online, over the phone, or in person, until today. It was a super minor mix-up, and it would have been fixed before I left had I checked the bag (ordered online) prior to leaving. I called and Angel was able to immediately find a solution, without the inconvenience of having to go back to the store. Truly a great experience, even with the one-off. The only complaints I’ve ever heard (from others) is that there can be a ‘wait’ at times, but there are only a few of them and a swarm of customers showing up simultaneously tends to do that; if you’re in a hurry make one at home lol. I only received Angel’s name, but the entire staff are all super kind here. 10/10!“

“This store has the best management out of all the stores I’ve visited, I drive an extra 10 minutes to visit this location for lunch. The girl crew is always so kind, best customer service, never had any issues, even when there’s a long line I get my order within 5 mins which is amazing!“

“Cleanest Jersey Mike's I've been to. I'd also like to appreciate Seth. He's one of the dudes that makes the hot subs. They always come out BOMB. He's there most days but not everyday. Overall everyone working there treats their customers with hospitality and respect, and their subs are ALWAYS fresh.“

“I'm from Philly so I'm always looking for a good cheese steak when I'm away from home and this place makes the best I've found by far. The only thing they don't have is Ketchup but you can order the same way you do at MAXXs or one of the hood jawns. ( people from Philly will understand). And even though this store is in Houston even they know that cheesewiz DOES NOT go on a cheese steak!!“

“Great service and the sub was excellent. I didn't get the names of the women behind the counter but they were all friendly and provided excellent service. Both subs were prepared exactly like I wanted them. If I'm ever in this area again I'll definitely stop by.“
“This hop is #1, coming from someonw who has ordered in almost 40 states at Mikes Subs. Oh yea!! Picked a few times from this location & Uber alot. Its on point! Many stores are sloppy or build the sammy wrong with too many peppers. Not at this location, its always perfect. Thank you Team! Seriously.“
“Marvin was exceptional, friendly upon arrival and was chill as can be! I sat down while I waited for my phone to be repaired next door at Batteries Plus and greeted everyone that came in with a friendly attitude. You can tell Marvin takes pride in his job! The seats and food preparation area were clean and of course my sub was made exactly how I wanted it. Extremely happy with my experience, thank you again Marvin!“

“Best short-order sandwich shop around! The folks here are so nice and welcoming, I walked out of there happy and I hadn’t even tasted the sandwich yet. Even if the sandwich had been bad, I was definitely going to go back for a second try because they treated every customer I saw with kindness. But guess what- the sandwich was great! Soft bread, great rich cheese, quality meat, excellent deliciousness! If you have been skipping Jersey Mike’s, you should check it out.“

“The restaurant and its restroom was super clean. The manager Ms Yolanda was really nice and professional. It was my first time patronizing Jersey Mike’s and after a few questions about what I like she gave me a good recommendation and the sandwich was made fresh and very very good. I will be back. 10/10 I recommend it was lunch time, busy and all the employees were in their stations working very well. It was great to see the manager actually working and not barking orders like other places.“
“Very ashamed to say i’ve ate here 4 times in one week… This evening I came in and noticed they had some fresh bread that looked a little different than the one I always get, I mentioned I didn’t know they made other breads and the person up front told me what kind it was and even went so far as to cut me off a piece to try while I waited for my to go order! I love and appreciate thoughtful acts of kindness like that always! Really great service thank you!!

“Outstanding 10/10 experience on 05/01/2025 @ 4:23pm. My kids and I were greeted with such delight as we walked in the door to start.
I walked in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted to order, but the manager and her staff quickly changed my mind to one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve had yet! (: (the chicken salad sandwich the mikes way) my kids ordered (a bacon, turkey, cheese mini).
The crew members and manager Arely G. / Nathan / Naomi F/ and Adrian G honestly were the sweetest people and they each had outstanding customer service. I will be back with my family to this exact location thanks to this amazing crew on this day ♥️✨“

“As soon as I walk inside the building I'm greeted by a wonderful young lady named Alene Diaz. She seemed to have everything tidy and clean and I appreciated her customer service. “I came here to leave a positive review and was a little taken back by the last comment. I’m assuming this is the manager I’m talking about, but she’s simply amazing. I was in today and had the best interaction with her. The staff seemed to respect her, she was doing a million things at once and working extremely hard. I visit this location 3-4x per week and there isn’t a time she isn’t there. The bread is always fresh, the service is great and they work fast. This location stays busy, but they work very efficiently due to great leadership.
