The manager, did not catch his name, but a younger handsome man that worked 1.8.26 around 1:30p was not only extremely helpful and kind but was training his staff while taking care of guests and talking to them like they were humans. Honestly I know it’s just a sandwich shop but one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere. Make him CEO or something in corporate because that is who should be training everyone.

Not sure what’s going on but this is the 2nd time we’ve gone to order in store and by the time we get home (we live 5 minutes away) my sandwich is completely soggy. When I hold the sandwich my hands are soaked with oil and vinegar. I get the number 7 mikes way. The other locations I’ve been to this has not been an issue. Super disappointed and probably won’t go to this location anymore.

I just had my single worst experience at Jersey Mikes location I’ve ever had. Sadly every time I come to this location it’s an ordeal. One time they were out of white bread. This most recent time I waited 30 min after my pickup time. Watching people come in wait in line eat their sandwich before I could even get mine. Don’t think I will be returning.

Literally every time we come here they are out of GF bread or it’s frozen. Employees don’t care about us when we walk in and stay chit chatting amongst themselves completely ignoring my family and I.
It was dirty the last time we went in. They probably wouldn’t have been safe with my husbands food anyway since he’s celiac.
There’s another jersey Mike’s right down the road just go there.

they didn’t take my order until about 10 minutes later after i walked in. the 2 workers were too busy playing & flirting with each other. very unprofessional in my opinion. additionally, she was just tossing the ingredients around on my sandwich . i wouldn’t come back to this location absolutely not!

I work up the street and come here for lunch quite often. However I just left and had the worse experience with a young man by the name of “Marlo”. After ordering my sandwich I thought he asked “would you like chips and a drink” so I responded by saying “no thank you”. This young man responded with the most disturbing look on his face and stated “I said $11.03”. I let him know I didn’t hear him and there was no reason for him to have an attitude. He continued to go back and forth with me and then went and was telling other staff members “she said ……etc” all in front of me. I asked if there was a manger and he told me no but gave me his card and wrote his name down. Talk about a lack in customer service and professionalism. I get this is a sandwich joint but that being the first person you interact with at a place of business will leave a bad taste in your mouth and make you not want to return. I love a jersey mikes sub but would have preferred to spend my money across the street at jimmy John’s where they value customer service!

They had two staff there and it was apparent both of them didn’t want to be there. They were mumbling and monotone and I had to frequently ask them what they were saying. Anytime I asked them to specify what an item was they would roll their eyes and proceeds on

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited almost 30 minutes for a pickup order that should’ve been ready when I arrived. To make it worse, they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a #44 and got something completely different. Total waste of time and money. This was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike’s, and it’ll definitely be my last.

Update: spoje with manager and he said he would issue me a refund. Would be willing to try again as the manager was apologetic and willing to help

I spent over $40 tonight and the order was completely wrong. I am so disappointed. I used to recommend this place to everyone but won't. And I will be calling when they open. I took pictures as well. I ordered an Italian with no onions and oil on the side and a turkey and cheese with mayo mustard and extra bacon. The Italian had onions mayo mustard and bacon and had no oil not even on the side. The turkey was dry with no onions or bacon. I truly hope this place makes it right
