I don’t know if it’s training or what but please stop leaving off ingredients I paid extra for. I don’t even come often anymore because of this issue but it NEVER fails stuff I’ve paid extra for gets left off. This time I tried to make it simple and order a club and guess what, the BACON was left off… how the heck do you leave bacon off a club sandwich. And of course when I call no one answers… great job.

I've come into this location three times. And all three times I've felt more welcome as a customer than any other to-go food joint I've been to. It's not that other places are unwelcoming. This place just has exceptionally warm staff. Tonight I came in just at closing time and I felt bad when I realized they were cleaning up but they insisted on serving me and my 4-year old. They were great recommending a fitting item for her and they were out of bacon but recommended a good twist on the sandwich I wanted. They know their menu well, and go out of there way to make sure that you order the perfect sandwich for yourself. Would rate 6 stars if I could.
Kid-friendliness: They have small sandwiches that can be a kids meal. Friendly demeanor towards kids.

I went here two different days with a friend as we both had some invitations in the mail to try subs. We got the regular Italian one day, and the regular Club Supreme another day.
Overall, the consistency in addition of toppings is a little off. My Italian had far less lettuce than my Club Supreme. Both sandwiches were decent enough. The bacon was crispy and really helped the texture of the Club Supreme sandwich.
I think it's a bit pricey, but so is everywhere else nowadays.

Walked in and waited five minutes before I was asked my order despite there only being two people in front of me in line. After ordering, I sat down and waited for my sandwich. I watched the two people in front of me, as well as two people that came in behind me, have their sandwiches handed to them and walked out with their meals. Additionally, many other people came in to pick up their call-in orders. After 15 minutes, I was asked if I was waiting for a pick up order. No one ever started my sandwich nor had any idea why I was there waiting. I just walked out.

I waited in the store for my order made on the app for 20 minutes. In total it took 40 minutes for this store to make 3 subs. Ineffective management.
When I got home I discovered 2 of 3 the subs were made incorrectly. Incompetent staff.
