No Service, no one greeted or acknowledged my existence. Even when my order came up they placed it on the rack and not a peep the entire time. I ordered Portobello mushroom cheesesteak bowl with lettuce, it was only 1/3 of the bowl full, cooked mushroom and 2 slivers bell pepper, the rest was raw onions, raw tomatoes and lettuce with No meat! I tried reaching out to customer service on the app and just like the service in the store, 3 days later not a word. The mushroom tasted good its just not worth $11 and some change.
Vegetarian options: I ordered meat, they chose not to give me any.

I love Jersey Mike’s! We stop at this location every time we drive through Houston on our way to Beaumont. My favorite is #6 but everything I have tried has been great. The staff here are great, too.
