I came in and food was great and everything so no complaints with that, but one of the guys on shift wasn’t as polite. Kinda seemed annoyed about anything I had to say. Just overall seemed like he hated being here. I think his name was Abel or something along those lines. I get having rough days but I shouldn’t be receiving an attitude for coming in to receive my order that you are getting paid to deliver to me.

Never had Jersey Mike’s until today and it did not disappoint. The staff were all great and helpful when it came to choosing a sub! The staff took pride in their work and showed how much they cared for the customers wanting their subs customized to perfection. I 100% believe that this is better than any subway’s I’ve experienced.

Marvin was exceptional, friendly upon arrival and was chill as can be! I sat down while I waited for my phone to be repaired next door at Batteries Plus and greeted everyone that came in with a friendly attitude. You can tell Marvin takes pride in his job! The seats and food preparation area were clean and of course my sub was made exactly how I wanted it. Extremely happy with my experience, thank you again Marvin!

I go to this location multiple times every week. Today they had a long line of customers as well as multiple large on line orders at the same time. The crew of 5-- lead by a great leader, Stayed calm, polite and professional and just dug in and got all the orders done. Was great to see people who take pride in doing their job right. They had the Getter done Attitude and it was great to watch them all pull together to get it done. Lead by a great leader for sure!!!!!!
They had earned my repeat business already but with todays experience even more so!!!!!

They were friendly, and kind. I think the girl who made my sub was new. It came out sloppy and soggy, dripping out the bag. It was a $20 sub so this was disappointing to me. This is my second time coming. This sub was nothing compared to my first sub because the first time I came it was amazing. It just depends who makes it for you.
I don't normally go out for a sandwich but I did today. The sandwich was fantastic, and the customer service and friendliness just earned Jersey Mike's a new customer.

This place has the best service ever if you come during lunch on the weekdays. A couple of guys there greeted me and asked how my day was going then took their time to make my sandwich like it was made for an advertisement. You don’t get service like that anymore these days. The guy who made my sandwich even joked about wanting to take a picture of it because he made it so good lol so I took one for him instead. The other guy working there (didn’t catch either of their name’s unfortunately but he usually works around lunch), he’s awesome too. It’s nice when someone working isn’t in a bad mood and appreciates you as a customer. Also, Jersey Mike’s is the only option if you’re going to get a sandwich, its superior to Subway. Keep up the good work bros.

No Service, no one greeted or acknowledged my existence. Even when my order came up they placed it on the rack and not a peep the entire time. I ordered Portobello mushroom cheesesteak bowl with lettuce, it was only 1/3 of the bowl full, cooked mushroom and 2 slivers bell pepper, the rest was raw onions, raw tomatoes and lettuce with No meat! I tried reaching out to customer service on the app and just like the service in the store, 3 days later not a word. The mushroom tasted good its just not worth $11 and some change.
Vegetarian options: I ordered meat, they chose not to give me any.
