I placed an online order and had all the preferences in writing on the submitted order. When I got home and opened the order, it was COMPLETELY wrong!! They made 2 of the same (giant sandwiches) rather than follow the order and make the specific items we ordered. And the sub that they didn’t make had extras that we paid for!! So on top of not getting what we ordered, we paid extra for it. There is NO REASON the order should have been wrong, it wasn’t even busy at the location when I walked in to pick it up. In fact, there weren’t even any customers in the store. And one of the employees didn’t even acknowledge me because he had headphones in and wasn’t paying attention. I stood at the register waiting until the other employee came and waited on me. After all this, I had also included an $8 tip! For what??!! Very disappointed with the service (rather, lack of it) that I received this evening. I’m not sure I’ll return after this nightmare.

I will never eat at Jimmy John's again because of the multiple terrible experiences I had at this location. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

subway has better food for half the price and way better service. save your money people!

this place sucks. overflowing trash can out front, rude staff. saw the manager lady cursing out someone in the parking lot, extremely unprofessional. very dissatisfied and will not be coming back.

Turkey sandwich!!!

There was like 5 little blades of lettuce on our sandwiches, nobody got the pickles we asked for, and the guacamole was missing off on. Mike's STACKS you with veggies. Oh- and they put mustard on your sandwich if you ask for it, instead of throwing packets in your bag.

We were the only people in there and these guys were too in a hurry to get our order right, or put what the sandwich came with actually on it.

freaky fast and super tasty & filling. i got a Slim Jim #3 Tuna, the bread wasn’t super fresh - not sure if they leave it out on a rack all day exposed. but still loved my sandwich and had plenty for being plain. enough with the bread and some extra to eat with sour cream chips. not bad for $6

i was inspired to come eat here after my coworker brought in 10 tiny veggie subs for free maybe?? that was really tasty too, it had pesto or avocado spread, provolone, tomatoes, and cucumber

I called in probably first thing when they opened and ordered a catering box for delivery and I was so busy I didn’t realize how much time had passed since I ordered, Ariel called me from the store to apologize for such a long wait and she would personally be delivering our order to us. I wanted to leave a review to appreciate her initiative to identify a need and resolve before I even noticed. Your level of service does not go unnoticed and it will take you far in life!!

I ordered 2 jalapeño ranch dips. Not included in my bag. I only ordered from here because I had a taste for them. Thanks for not including everything that I ordered and paid for.

This is by far my favorite Jimmy John's location. The bread is always fresh and soft, they talk to me like we've been friends for years and I always leave happier than when I got there. I really appreciate this team for representing what Jimmy John's has always meant to me.
