OK, so I ordered my sandwich from this location on Saturday. Unfortunately they took my order but but they’re not open so I do not understand that come Monday. I call up there and ask her can she just void out the order? She said no because it is free because it was a Birthday Order for me and I was working on doing a TikTok for that location, but she said I can do it so I received the message from my app saying that my order is ready The day after so on the ninth my order is so-called was ready. I called up there extra I just change it to delivery or can I try to void off the order now she told me yes and it will go back to my app and I never received this. I’m highly upset and I will be making a TikTok about this location. I don’t understand why they’re not open on weekends or why they close at 4 PM. It’s unacceptablein her. Customer service is horrible.

This will be my last time at Jimmy John's. I ordered an Italian sub, chips and a drink. It was $23 and not that good.

My sister recently recommended JJ because I was always complaining about my lunch delivery and the time it took and the food temperature… JJ totally sold me today!!! Food got here super fast it was hot and the drink was cold I can’t say enough… Thanks to my delivery guy he was very courteous and my lunch was great!!!

Asked for a few items that a sub shop traditionally has olives, Parmesan cheese, salt, the choice of amount of mayo etc and was met with way to much resistance, sub was super cold including the bread overall the sandwich was just bland, chips were decent but def rather go to one of the other three main sandwich shops bs dealing with this location

I thought I was able to have my sandwich made the way I wanted as advertised. I like ketchup and there was none. Then I asked her for salt and pepper on my sandwich she said I can put it on the side not on the sandwich. Then on top of that I paid over 7 dollars and there was only Two pieces of meat. Can you imagine a Roast beef sandwich with 2 pieces of meat and tomatoes. I wasted my money.

12:43 on a Saturday and they’re closed. I think they re out of business

Very rude service. Have no knowledge of their own ingredients. My order was not made correctly and they gave me a hard time to have it redone. Seriously very rude. Maybe it was a bad day.

Service with the cashier was absolutely horrible. I simply asked the lady if I could have a side of tuna on the side and she refused. Made me buy the full meal just so I can have the tuna. I politely asked her if I could get a container on the side so I can place the tuna from the sandwich onto the container myself so I can separate it on my own and if she can charge me extra and she didn't say a word to me, grabbed her pen In frustrating and upset manner that made me feel uncomfortable and ignored me as I continued to pay for my food. Absolutely rude, she took my request completely personal. Will not go back to this location and watch out for that lady, hope she has better days.

At the hotel across the street. Walked over at 4:30pm for dinner and they are closed. Gentlemen inside said they close at 4!

One of the beautiful things about going into these type of places is it sometimes you get to meet the owner and have conversations with them I highly recommend this place the people are very friendly and they make great sandwiches in the owner is awesome!

So I try to get Jimmy John's probably twice a week, but now I never go because they're literally never open at this location. Tired of driving out here and it not being open. It's usually at hours like 3-4pm mid week.

Ordered online for delivery and received a partial order after being told no one was available to deliver. The partial order arrived then my my co worker walked over for the remaining order. My mobility is limited that why I requested delivery I was so disappointed. I didn’t even eat it not then or later after it was a soggy mess.

I was really hungry and never had JimmyJohns before so I decided to try last week my order was incorrect with ingredients I’m allergic to so I couldn’t eat. Tried to resolve this in a reasonable way because mistakes happen however no response when calling , social media , or email response . It’s a first and last time try for me. No regard to try to make right or properly address
