My name is Roger Fountain. I am a disabled, U.S. Navy veteran that served proudly for my country. I went to visit the Jimmy John's on Silber Road (Now happy to say that they're shut down due to lack of business and piss poor service) about 2 years ago. While paying for my food, the manager at this location, Ana Sanchez, chased me out of the store and brutally assaulted me with a lethal weapon to the point where I've been scarred from it. Low and behold, this pig still works for Prassad Ventures (aka Jimmy John's) on Cypress Creek Parkway. She is still in a management position at this location, is still allowed to interact with consumers and be around little children and STILL ALLOWED TO HANDLE WEOPONS, SUCH AS BUTCHER KNIVES!!!! Why is what I want to know? She is a violent CRIMINAL with MULTIPLE ARRESTS for VIOLENCE AND DRUG POSSESSION, BUT YET SHE STILL WORKS FOR JIMMY JOHN'S????? This is crazy! A lawsuit has been filed against Prasad Ventures in Harris County District Court for an unknown amount and Prasad has legal counsel in the picture. The case has just begun. Look it up yourself if you like. But be prepared to pay higher prices for your food as they try to adjust their prices to pay their high attorneys fees to defend her illegal actions. All I can ask is for any patron that reads this not to support this business. If she did it to me, she'll do it to someone else! SHe has used a screwdriver as a weapon to attack someone and has pepper spray. Next time it will be a Jimmy John's butcher knife! They shouldn't be allowed to get away with assaulting a customer! Ana Sanchez can be described as a balding, whale shaped figure, and has multiple prison like tattoos all over her body. She is laying low because of this publicity but feel free to go in and say hi for me and let her know you don't condone her violent behavior!

if I could give zero stars I could. I love Jimmy Johns and have ordered here before with no issues but I should’ve listened to the recent reviews. I placed an order and long story short, never received it. I waited and and finally called after about 30-40 minutes to check the status and there was no answer. I tried a few more times and no one ever picked up the phone. There is still a charge on my card and I have still been unable to reach anyone. This is completely ridiculous and I went without my dinner last night. Will not be ordering from here again. Do better.

It’s been a while since we’ve had Jimmy John’s, but I was in the mood for it, so I went to one location that was no longer there, so I found another one, waited in drive thru from 11:15am to 11:47am, I ordered a Caesar Chicken wrap and received a Jalapeño chicken wrap…I ordered a #9 Unwich….everything showed properly on the receipt, but we got a regular #9, not an Unwich…will have to find another location….not happy with this one.

Don't ever order delivery from this dump. I'm 3 miles away. Order accepted and then refunded 10 mins later. Tried Uber Eats. Same thing. Call the store? Good luck because the phone # is disconnected. POS place. If you don't want to deliver then quit giving people the option

It appears that there are new owners. The current staff is inexperienced and very unprofessional. The quality of the food is hot or miss. Mostly miss!The tuna sandwich can be almost overfilled at times and then on another visit it all bread with almost no filling. Frequently they can only take credit cards or exact change. Can be very slow with only a couple of customers.

I placed an order on the app waited about 10 minutes to leave and when I got there I still had to wait for my food. Then to top it off they forgot one of my sandwiches. I only ordered 4 sandwiches and none of them were complicated. Also the bottom of the bread was a little tough, it didn't seem as fresh. This location is not that busy that they can't have fresh bread and get the orders correct.

The wrap was delicious and bigger than I expected, unfortunately, the customer service was TERRIBLE, a black lady were racist, she acted like she didn’t hear me or understand me making weird expressions. RUDE … I could noticed the coworkers feeling awkward with her, she was talking on the cellphone the whole time. All was great but this lady needs to go back to school.

I've been ordering from this location for years, but in the last year or so, almost everytime I order delivery, I end up waiting over an hour for my food even though I live less than 10 mins away. I've been completely forgotten before. I've also called to check on my order, only to be told it's too late now for them to deliver. Today, I had to drive over to pick up my "delivery" order after waiting over an hour for my food to show up, b/c their delivery person was a no show. While they did take my $2 tip off my bill, they didn't remove the $2 delivery fee. ?I'm giving them 2 stars for old times' sake and because the food is still tasty, but the terrible delivery service really needs to be fixed.

I’m not sure why they even have a drive thru, you sit there for however long and no one takes your order. Also back in January my bf placed an online order and we went to pick it up, mind you this was in the middle of the day, and the store was closed. He was never refunded for that. They’re always closed at the most random times. This location is closer to me but I just go to the one on 1960 and Cutten because at least they’re open.

This place SUCKS!!! I’ve placed orders online that they never deliver. Then when I call to get a refund, they never answer the phone. Not to mention the fact that they NEVER make simple sandwiches correctly. This location should be shut down.

Jimmy John's doesn't miss! I don't like mayo so I always get the Jimmy mustard. You can make an sandwich an Unwich, which is any sandwich lettuce wrapped. If you haven't been to Jimmy John's you should go! Sorry Subway, we had to break up.

Placed an order and paid on the app on 3/19/23 at 3:18pm. Arrived at the store at 3:25pm to find a note taped to the door saying "Be back at 4:30". There was no way to cancel the order and get refunded on the app. I returned at 4:30 and still nobody was there. I waited until 4:50pm. Terrible customer experience!
