The wrap was delicious and bigger than I expected, unfortunately, the customer service was TERRIBLE, a black lady were racist, she acted like she didn’t hear me or understand me making weird expressions. RUDE … I could noticed the coworkers feeling awkward with her, she was talking on the cellphone the whole time. All was great but this lady needs to go back to school.
I've been ordering from this location for years, but in the last year or so, almost everytime I order delivery, I end up waiting over an hour for my food even though I live less than 10 mins away. I've been completely forgotten before. I've also called to check on my order, only to be told it's too late now for them to deliver. Today, I had to drive over to pick up my "delivery" order after waiting over an hour for my food to show up, b/c their delivery person was a no show. While...read full review

I placed an order on the app waited about 10 minutes to leave and when I got there I still had to wait for my food. Then to top it off they forgot one of my sandwiches. I only ordered 4 sandwiches and none of them were complicated. Also the bottom of the bread was a little tough, it didn't seem as fresh. This location is not that busy that they can't have fresh bread and get the orders correct.
