I was delighted to discover this piece of Houston history, which has been providing burgers and other entrées for some 60 years now. It's an easy bike ride from my workplace, making it a cinch to order lunch online and get a bit of exercise picking it up, with time left over for eating! Been a go to place for me since the 1960s.today I bought 2 porkchop sandwiches with fries. Haven't seen the server before, but each sandwich looked like half a chop, and had no bone in them. I feel like I paid for one chop for the price of two. The chops were 3/4 the size of the bread. Sign of the times .
