Drink is good but service is very bad. I have to wait for 20 minutes to receive my drink even though there are only 2 customers in the shop at that time. The order guy keeps chasing girls and blames the mistake for new order machine. It happens twice. I have been here for almost 2 years and today will be my last day.

we’re loyal customers to this place and we usually always come here and get the peach green tea we’ve never really had any issues but today we received our drink that the lady working considered “light ice” i don’t understand how you can work at an establishment where a customer pays full price and adds a tip and you hand out barely over half of a cup and think it’s okay. clearly the quality of this place sucks and needs to be worked on because this is unacceptable.

Unfortunately not good. The fruit tea tastes very syrup-y, artificial. And they don’t allow to adjust sweetness (?!) The Milk Tea #5 has a viet coffee flavor. Not a traditional milk tea taste which I was expecting. Their signature jello topping has a bit strange consistency- it is a bit too hard and chewy for my liking. Tastes cheap because of that. But friendly staff and nice interior

I went here because it was recommended to me and rightfully so. It was actually a different take on bubble tea and that’s because they actually add in pandan jelly pieces. I tried the green collection which was like a Thai green tea with some jellies and tiny bobas, it came with all of those toppings already and costed about $8. It was a cute little shop and it looks like you can purchase more of the pandan on the side. The service was excellent. They can recommend you something that’s popular. They also have some little food items for the side.
