Got a milk tea with less ice, but they still filled the whole cup with ice. When I told them I didn’t want that much, they just took some out and sealed the cup again now it was only half full, which made no sense. I asked them to fill it properly, and they said “we only give this much.” Honestly, the customer service was really poor. It wasn’t about the money, but when I asked for a full cup, they said I had to buy a bottle for $2.50 more and they’d give me a cup on the side. I still went ahead and bought it, filled my drink up to about 7/10, and they added ice again which only made it 9/10 full. So basically, I paid extra for almost nothing. The employees were kind of pushy too. Just a bad experience overall. Won’t be coming back here again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really enjoyed my visit to Jtea! Their beef jerky rolls were absolutely delicious – full of flavor and perfectly made. The milk tea was also refreshing and smooth, one of the best I’ve had. The combination of tasty food and great drinks makes this spot a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love and enjoy the drinks. The staff always welcoming and friendly. I have to say, the drinks level are limited per policy. They add more ice in the drink than the milk tea drink itself. Even if you don’t want the ice, the drink is filled up to half of the cup, which I believe, a lot of people I know, I even recommended to try their milk tea, have complained, they serve too little for so much the $7 or more for the drink. Please be generous. Suggestion to the JTea owners, easy on the ice policy and fill it up to its worth.

The drinks here are really good — I enjoyed the flavor and quality. However, I was disappointed with the checkout experience. The machine prompted me to leave a tip even though no one actually served me, and there was no option to select “no tip.” I don’t mind tipping for service, but being forced into it felt unfair. If they fix the payment setup, I’d be happy to come back more often.
