We tried the boudin balls, corn, smoked sausage beans and rice and the cracklings! Best food in the food truck industry!!! I will definitely be going back to try out more on the menu!!!
Was passing through town from Tennessee and was hoping to find some good cracklins like they serve in Louisiana. Well, I found it... This is the place!! Authentic and delicious! I'll be back when I'm passing through town again!

Now this is how the pepper-jack is supposed to cascade out of a boudin ball. ? First time here. Cracklins were cooked to perfection. Cod and shrimp delicious. The grease is CLEAN. Great customer service and they are open til 3am. ?? Check him out!
