This was the first sushi I have had in six years because I was immunocompromised from leukemia and a stem cell transplant. The service was great and the sushi was superb. Kara Roberta was so worth the wait.
Wow! Such a fantastic Japanese restaurant. Cool vibes...and more importantly delicious food. We had the Texas wagyu sando, chirashi, and the sashimi for two. The highlight/surprise of our meal was when our wonderful server asked if we wanted the shrimp heads, which we assumed to be decorative, fried. What? Obviously the answer is YES! And man, that was really the best!!! And the shaved ice was fantastic! It came with a lychee flavored condensed milk???!!! Amazing. Definitely would...
Great spot for fresh sushi and creative dishes! Everything tasted high quality, and I really enjoyed some of the unique options on the menu. Definitely a place I’d come back to for sushi in Houston.
