Literally its been 20 minutes, 6 people waiting in line to order and the cashier says he clocked out and sitting there watching his phone, not serving.. its 10AM, not a breakfast or lunchtime, he decided to give himself a break and no one else is here.. everyone is waiting for his sweet time 🤬

Macchiato is advertised to have 16oz and 20oz option and they gave me 1/10th of a cup.
They argued that originally macchiato are of that quantity. That might be the case but do not advertise it and ask me whether I want a 16oz or 20oz and give me 1/10th cup of a 20oz
The Barista is not professional 1. She made a very bad flat white full of bubbles and without mixing coffee with milk the result was milk 2. Hot chocolate sauce was put into cup also without mixing also result is milk 3. The barista also spoke loudly for more the 30 minutes with here friend.

This place is the worst ever. Overpriced food, horrible customer service with horrible workers. They charge $3 for a cup of coffee which is warm and taste very nasty. And they don't even fill up the cup. I saw the associate had some bagels and I asked her for one toasted, she said they don't serve toasted bagels. Terrible disgusting place. I would be very happy if they closed down. Where is Starbucks? Please bring back Starbucks...Please....
