Drive thru staff was rude. The manager did call to address the staff members treatment though. So i respect them for the fact they do follow up and listen to customers. Never heard of their sauce STICKY CHICKY till my recent visit. That gave us a much needed laugh.

I ordered online and there was a promotion to get 5 free nuggets with an order of 10$ or more. I put the order in the cart and when I got there they had my food but no nuggets. They said it didn't even register that I had them in the cart. I asked to speak to someone and I was told I'd have to wait 2 HOURS to speak to someone to resolve the issue because the manager/supervisor was absent at the time. I lost my temper and left. Moments later I felt bad for yelling at...

We had irder thru drive thru, and when we got home, our order was wrong in one item. So we had to go bad and they fixed it. Drive thru was quick, though the place wasn't crowded. We've been inside to dine in on other occasions, and they keep the place clean and the restroom. The food at KFC is always good. We enjoy going back just nit rhe mistakes in the order lol.
