I usually go to this KFC and I really like it; the food is very good and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend it. The only problem I had was a bad experience there. Once, when I went through the drive-thru, they made me wait more than 30 minutes because a woman in front of me wanted her food for free just because she wanted fresh chicken. My five-star rating is not based on a high-end restaurant but for fast food, the end-result was great, but it didn't start off that way.

After purchasing a large order through the drive-thru, I got home to find the chicken soggy and the usual crispy skin, literally falling off.

Omg this was the absolute best order I had in years from K.F.C . Jasmine was so pleasant taking my order. She was very attentive that was so appreciated cause these days quality customer service is rare, especially online. Once I got my order a bit into my hot wing I felt so satisfied, they were crunchy and super fresh. If you everrr want your chicken cooked to perfection with love ASK IF NORA IS THERE.
