I wish I could put zero stars I just came to order and I asked him a questioned and they act like they can't hear me. I screamed even louder and he talked to me with an ugly tone saying to speak up louder when I'm clearly speaking in his face worse customer service ever.

Never going to this bs ass kfc again the service was asssss they took forever to give me my mf food . Plus they took a fat ass min to also take my order don't recommend this KFC at all .!

The tenders were great. This particular location had no wings but the food was fresh. They do need more staff for faster service

Old, greasy, stale chicken, cole slaw with rotten cabbage without any kind of sauce in there. I've had better chicken from an independent gas station in a bad neighborhood. This isn't a regular KFC because it's a Taco Bell as well and they don't follow any of the promotions or coupons other KFCs have and apparently they don't even follow the same menu. Got 2 3 piece combo and it had 3 tiny dark pieces and they still charged 22 bucks for it despite opting to not get the drink. I asked how it's possible to pay $22 when each meal was $8.99, especially when they took off a $1 from each meal for not having a drink and she was telling me "It was $27, but I changed it"...what? I had an elderly person with me who wanted to hurry home so I couldn't argue about it but it's the last time I'm going here. The one by 59 and W. Airport area is a lot better.

I placed a pick up order and showed up at the time it said ready, I was stuck waiting there for 30 minutes after I had arrived and had to wait not because they were busy but because the employees were lazy
