Ordered an 8 pc and got 6 pcs only. 2nd time they didn’t give me a side and I had to wait 25min for a pot pie. They make you wait at the red pole only to be able to take 20 + min with your order.

Always asked to stop at pole to stop their timer. I live close by and everytime I drive pass cars are at the front or at the pole! I will not stop here again! Also let me not forget when you stop at the pole you’re guaranteed to wait over 15 min for your food! Do better KFC!

Don't go here at nights, chicken is old, service is horrible rhey make you wait at some red pole, i payed $30 for an 8 piece meal and i got 4 legs and 4 wings with out letting me know and no gravy on my mash potatoes, and the biscuits were all smashed on top of the greasy chicken,, just horrible place and service. This ppl nees to go work somewhere else if they not happy

I went through the drive-thru window and this person at the window cheated me. I gave him a $50 bill. I bought a breast and thigh. He gave me $3.00 in return. Some expensive chicken. That person is a cheater and a thief. I'm sure their cash drawer is over or he stole from KFC also. This happened on a Sunday around 3 pm 01/07/24I guess he needed more than I did.

I ordered a 8 piece with fries and macaroni and cheese, (from KFC @4044 West Fuqua St., Houston, Texas, 77045). However, the doorbell rang , retrieved my order ( requested the Order be delivered into my hands), and discovered a poorly packaged order( fries falling out of package, onto top of macaroni and cheese container, unsanitary, three wet napkins crumbled in the bag),on my doorstep. Additionally, on opening my chicken I discovered it was over cooked. And, that instead of the 8 piece bucket that I ordered, only 6 pieces were received. I called the location to convey this problem, however, no one answered the phone ( over several hours). This order was almost as bad as the extremely dark chicken provided by the KFC Missouri City location a month ago ( switched locations hoping for a better result).
