On 2/16/21 at about 7:17pm i went through the drive thru to order me and my kids a hot meal because of the outages that we are experiencing here in Houston mind you we haven’t had a hot meal since power been out only cold sandwiches i waited patiently an hour to finally be able to order only to get disrespected. I was served mashed potatoes with the bottom cut in an 'x' and styrofoam all throughout the potatoes, when I called and asked for a full refund they told me only if I brought back the ENTIRE order. I don't understand why you allow your workers to sell contaminated food to customers.
