I’m a Ramen Snob.

Had the Tonkatsu Ramen. Tasted good but had cream added for thickness. Not classic. I did like the sliced green onion from a flavor perspective. Achitaba was good. Chashu was not classic but tasted good. Noodles were perfect.

Also had kirakiragi Bowl. Only chicken and rice. Not enough sauce. But it was only $7.50.

Bao was good. Some mustard.

The Ramen here is delicious!! It tastes very homemade i get spicy miso and the dumplings are also delicious great service and friendly staff love coming here!! (: our server was awesome

They have butterfly lemonade and great ramen! Also had takoyaki. I was surprised that it came on a skewer. Sadly I don’t eat spicy and there were a lot of spicy dishes but I asked and found out we can get any of them non-spicy too. Must try.
