The food here was pretty good, and not expensive at all. I had the pho and it was tasty, and the meat was yummy. The place is a little run down and the bathrooms are not the most pleasant. Overall we had a good experience here.

Truly a hidden gem of a restaurant. I've been here a few times and each time has been an absolute pleasure. Good food, cheap prices, and large helpings to some genuine Vietnamese food. I've always seemed to be there before the crowd, and got my meal hot and fast!If you're looking for a good eat for a stretch of your dollar, I definitely recommend ?

Purest definition of hidden gem (if you’re into Asian food). From outside this place looks a bit run down and also the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Nobody would probably come to Midtown to have great Asian food. The interior is “Viet family-style” and simple. But this is exactly how you know the food here will SLAP!This was the best Vietnamese food I had in Houston, and I have been various times to Viet town. We had stir fry flat noodle with tomato and beef (M12), and ginger chicken. The flavor was just perfect. They also have live crawfish and shrimp - we will definitely come back for that!Prices are unbeatable. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This small little restaurant may need updating but the service and food is wonderful! The waiter is polite and efficient. The food is superb! The extra large Vietnamese egg rolls are the best ever! Try the pork broth with whatever you want in it and you will not be disappointed it is so flavorful. I had egg noodle, wontons, roast pork, and shrimp. The rice plate with grilled beef is also excellent. Everything was fresh and flavorful! Will definitely return when back in the area.

So delicious. I will come back again. I am Vietnamese and I certify that this is Vietnamese food. I and my family like "my hoanh thanh", " pho bo dac biet" and "bo luc lac" the most. The price is cheap. When I came, the restaurant was almost full. Come and try.

I tried to make a to-go order and the person who answered the phone was very condescending. I’m from Europe so I’m not very familiar w the language and he was very rude to me w the pronunciations of the order I wanted. I hoped to have some great food , but the man hung up on me after not being able to properly pronounce my order. I even tried to spell it for him but it was to no avail.

Food amazing! I got a bowl of egg noodles with wontons and it got demolished! Also, best place to hear a small waterfall while eating, very serene experience with tons of natural sunlight. 10/10 a local
