Veronica Gomez is the best bartender I have ever met she is kind and caring and funny and she is a very skilled bartender she knows how to make several really hard drinks and really good virgins

Check your tab before closing out! I was overcharged here! Asked for a tall and the bartenders charged for doubles without pouring doubles. As a bartender myself, I know for a fact they did not pour doubles as I would not have been able to drink it. Slow service, not just getting to the customer but also getting your drinks. I will never go back to this place! If you have staff that takes advantage of people by charging them more than what they order you need new staff. I see I’m not the first person to write a review on this issue.

Kirby is an experience that is relaxing, with screens so still don’t have to miss the game. Food is hit or miss, depending on the truck. Service- has always been good. All female bartenders that know their stuff. They work together like a machine and are quick and efficient. Not just a one time fluke- it’s consistently a good time.

Shocked that Kim would bring us a tab that shows one amount then when she ran our card 2 shots were added. When we asked her about it. She said that 10 minutes went by in between and she couldn’t explain it! When we questioned it. She blew us off, then Kiki overheard and said “yeah I’ll fix it” and she did. Kim walked away w no response. That’s theft on Kim’s part. Ask for Kim when you come and watch her very carefully.

I particularly don’t care for places that don’t serve food inside. The drinks were incredibly strong, but I don’t like that. I am after savory and great flavors over getting drunk. Walk up service, unless you feel like waiting around for who knows how long.

Awesome place for our company holiday gathering! Great drinks from the bar with excellent service from the staff. Plenty of room meant our cratered-in food had more than ample space. Everyone was thrilled with the outcome!

Horrible management that will not talk to guest. Instead they just make their “bouncers” tell people they cannot come into their bar. I do not understand why “management” can tell people they cannot enter their bar but not have a conversation with that person? Absolutely unprofessional and horrible management. I hope whoever owns this company takes responsibility for this awful management. If not I’m sure they will fall under sooner than later. Drinks over prices, not child friendly but in the middle of the suburbs, cannot wrap my head around this style of management…
why was i charged 3 different times when i just came in for a couple of beers with a friend??? will call tomorrow

I will say it's a nice lively place. Was here for a company after party. Decent drinks. Not watered down. Parking was free. Plus. I did notice a small food menu but didn't order anything. There are some basketball, skee, & other games along the perimeter. Saw an outdoor area as well, but ndid no check it out.
