For a 30+ year Churrascos diner, you can get close but you can't go home again. Food too salty, yucca not done the Cordua family way — more like whatever Sysco sells as it is the same as fast food joints now. Service was good until it was time to pay then we didn't see our server for 20 minutes.
We ate at Churrascos on Valentine's Day. Since we made reservations through OpenTable, we had no wait. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. I didn't realize that they were having a fixed menu that night that included an appetizer, entree and dessert per person. It was way more food than I could eat, but we enjoyed the leftovers the next day. My husband said that I could not have picked a better restaurant for Valentine's Day.

As an Argentine, I approve of the place. Lamb Chops and Rib eye steaks were fantastic. Marqués de Cerceres Grand Reserve Roja was excellent paring for the meat. Carson was an outstanding server.
