I have a memory of being chased out by a medium-long-haired blonde old woman wearing glasses, who told me it was time. I felt there could have been a more courteous way to speak to a customer. She seemed somewhat hysterical.

I like this space better than air France lounge next door. Food options are similarly bad, though. Drinks are the exact same. They don’t refill the food protein fast enough. Restrooms are located inside which is convenient.

As I walked up, looked at me and chanting “business class only, business class only” at 12:30PM CT on 01/22/2026
I’m accustomed to much better service even when the business can’t accommodate me.
Lounge looked nice from what I could see and wasn’t super busy so I won’t rate it a “1 star”

This lounge has very particular and inconvenient times for priority pass members. On my flight out, they said I couldn’t get in until 3:30pm. Then on my return flight I couldn’t get in until 7:30pm.

It seems to be impossible to get access with Priority Pass even on days like today where the lounge is practically empty. Funny thing is the staff says return at 15:30 which is exactly the time our KLM flight leaves.
Maybe don't say you accept Priority Plus customers if you turn us away most of the day!

I dont suggest here! They refuse you always. They put a lot of restrictions. They dont accept loungekey application. They have limited time for this application. I wish there were be Turkish Airlines Lounge in Houston. They mostly accept other applications.
