Terrible attitude when it close to closing time, enter 8:42, google said close at 9:00 pm tell me I can’t enter, even just to drop a drink.

We have never had a place where they give us a time to enter, that is, priority pass or lounge key can only enter after 3pm

Tosi M! Give this employee a raise! She is exceptionally at her job ! She is so polite and super helpful! She is a facilitator in a very difficult position and she is masterful at communicating and helping customers! Wow !! She is a blessing.

Overly crowded at 8am, not the cleanest lounge. Slow coffee machine, bad coffee. I feel like you can rest better outside the lounge just sitting by a gate.

This VIP room leaves a lot to be desired....
The attention of some employees such as the receptionist was unpleasant.
They keep your boarding pass and give it back to you at the exit (I doubt it is legal) justifying that it is so that they do not exceed the limit they give you, which is 3 hours.
The place is very small, few places to sit and only one bathroom for women and one for men, which take 30 minutes to clean and they send you to use the ones at the airport.
The food they serve is good but there is a maximum of 3 varieties of hot items, 3 salads, a dessert, fruits and a couple of cookies.
I wanted to make a milk chocolate in the machine and it came out without chocolate because they had forgotten to load it and I had to wait for them to replenish it.
The canned drinks have a sufficient variety.
There are plugs to charge your cell phone.
In general the place is not worth it.

Good luck getting in. The lounge access is always closed. They won’t advertise it on their website nor will they put up a sign as the lady at the front desk says “our manager doesn’t like us to put up a sign”

They also don’t have a manager to talk to nor contact information. If you have a Priority Pass, they won’t let you in from the hours of 1-6pm. They won’t advertise it or put out a sign, or any form of written disclosure. But they will turn you away if you have Priority Pass. This has now happened on 3 occurrences, different travel dates, different times of day.

Watched extra guests of business customers get allowed in against the rules and we had no guests. If you are a Priority Pass customer I would get a refund immediately!

Half of this review is for the ripoff "Priority Pass" obtained through Capital One (a ripoff card, apparently), which theoretically would allow its bearer to enter this lounge.

The biggest beef I have with the KLM lounge is that being a frequent user/traveler of the Houston airport, almost every time I have tried to use the lounge, it was either full or not accepting Priority Pass, and the handful of times I did enter the lounge, the food and drinks were basic and plain.
Service is also notoriously bad.
Not impressed with this deal at all.

Small lounge compared to others. Not much selection for food and drinks, but okay if just looking for a light snack. Bathrooms are small.
Plenty of outlets to charge up. I'd say look elsewhere if you're a group of 3+.

Dissapointed with my experience at the KLM crown lounge. I tried to check in today, but they informed me they were closing soon and were no longer accepting Priority Pass or AmEx members for the day. Poor communication and lack of flexibility left a bad impression. Would not recommend.

Worst Lounge Experience – KLM Crown Lounge

I had an awful experience at the KLM Crown Lounge. The space was overcrowded, uncomfortable, and the service was downright terrible. A staff member named Kendra was especially rude and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. Overall, this lounge was a huge letdown, and I won’t be returning.

Unimaginably bad lounge. We entered and after 5 minutes decided Gen Pop was a preferred alternative. It’s actually worse than if they simply didn’t try at all. This feels malicious.

Fair is fair and here we go. First impression front desk Lady at 7:05 am
On her AirPods jamming to music and not even answering customers and ignoring people. Unprofessional attitude, food was very limited.
Boiled eggs and tomato’s.
Liquor and off course soda. Coffe machine would lock and have to be re set. When asked about fruits they said. It’s too early 🤦🏽‍♂️
Save your money and eat a good breakfast at home.

No coffee 7am on a Tuesday morning.

No dedicated wifi, shared with airport.

No hot breakfast options aside from pancakes.

Went to this lounge using priority pass because Amex was closed, food and bev options were highly limited and space was crowded, seating and decor was modern and satisfactory.
