The workers were wonderful and the service was amazing. I honestly love their matcha! I’m not sure about the complaints from other customers since I saw a customer make some unreasonable demands of the workers.
The quality of the takoyaki they serve here, is better than the other places I've been to. This is my preferred boba spot. The prices are reasonable and their teas are delicious. The drinks are well balanced and I love that they do split cups. The best part is they have a good variety of their own signature coffees/ lattes. KOI CHA is my go-to spot for smoothies when I'm in Houston! Their mango tango is like a tropical vacation in a cup and the staff always makes me feel like a regular even when I’m not.
