Came here this Saturday afternoon, the ThaiTea was tasteful but the customer service was lousy. When I passed by the first time, there was no business. I'd been craving some tea for a while so when I saw it was next to my destination, it was the perfect opportunity to try this place out and get some tea. Again no business when I passed back, you would think three young ladies standing around not waiting on any customers would be happy to help someone stopping to give them business. Yet all I got was very unhappy and dismissal services from the two young ladies that had to deal with me. Tips and good reviews are not giving to businesses with employees that have poor training and lack of soft skills. Someone did come up behind me after I was completing my purchase and that person received greetings and all smiles; I noticed that person was several shades lighter than me.

The other reviews are accurate, the cashier was extremely rude didn't look like she even wanted to be there. They close whenever they feel like it and the drinks are nasty! Don't waste your money here. 👎

My favorite place for bubble tea!
If you are a fan of bubble tea, Kokee Tea is the best place to enjoy it. They have an incredible variety of flavors, from classics to super original combinations. Plus, the quality is excellent: the teas are fresh, the tapiocas are always on point, and the texture is perfect.
What I like most is that each drink has the ideal balance of sweetness and flavor, and you can customize it to your liking. The service is also very good, they always serve you quickly and with a smile.
Definitely, if you are looking for a delicious and well-made bubble tea, Kokee Tea is the ideal place. I always come back for more!

I would give it 0 stars, I ordered an Oreo milk tea boba but it tasted horrible it mostly tasted like water you could not taste the Oreo so 1 star( my opinion)

The Female cashier that was there today 12/3 around 6:30 has horrible customer service. We were just standing there while she looked at us and then went straight back to being on her phone. The guy making the drinks had to say”hey customer” and that seemed like that was the end of the world for her and was ever more unpleasant to be around. She needs better training!!
