Service was not great at all. Walk in no greeting, 0% interaction. Take your order, give me your money, type of atmosphere.

Drive thru. The end.The only "good" thing that came from the lockdown besides remote work is curbside/drive thrus. I never knew love like this before. Look, sometimes I don't want to get out of my car or interact with people. Solved. The lady working waa friendly and nice. She heated up my kolaches perfectly.I was a bit sad that they didn't have any croissant style for 15 min but I survived. I don't know but I felt like the kolaches here were better than some of the other locations. The breading was soft and chewy. And the sausage jalapeno has more jalapenos than some of the other locations. The drive thru window won me over. Def coming back.

Why is it so difficult for businesses to understand that honesty is the right choice? Went thru the drive thru - "we are out of those but they will be out of the oven in 20 minutes"Return in 30 minutes." we are out of those but they will be out of the oven in 10 minutes"Once a liar, always a liar. You have lost my business and I was a regular customer.

There has been something wrong with our order every time I've come here. From poorly made kolaches, to us getting the wrong ones, to finding bacon in a kolache that isn't supposed to have it (I personally love bacon but in deference to religious or diet reasons to not eat it, this is unacceptable). I Love Kolache Factory but I'll pass on this location.

Terrible service. Their food is served cold, with no warning or request to be heated up. They also didn’t label the orders & put them in separate bags. The kolaches themselves might’ve been good if they had heated them up. Cold, wet eggs and cheese make for a terrible breakfast experience. I was trying to pick something up for my kids on the go, and bit into them cold. I had to go back because I wasn’t going to be able to get to a microwave and asked them to heat them up but received them still room temp. Just go to Shipley’s!

The selection was awesome but the quality left a lot to be desired. Very dry and gummy consistency of kolaches.

You can have your kolaches one of two ways here:A) ColdB) Microwaved for so long the insides reach temperatures similar to the surface of the sun.

Just had an unappetizing experience all in one day here at this location...We went through the drive-through and ordered 4 kolaches with some picante sauce. When we got to the window, the lady gave us 4 very cold kolaches with no sauce. We politely asked for picante sauce, and she gave this mean face to us before giving the sauce. Then to make matters worse, my meat kolache was completely empty inside when I took a bite... lol. It honestly had 2 chicken meat pieces to count and a large gaping hole. We asked for a replacement, which was much better = piping hot and filled. However, the attitude and cold kolaches weren't it for me.

We went at 12:30 after an appointment downtown. It was drive through and I like their bacon egg and cheese kolache so we pulled over. They were sold out of a lot of things, what I wanted and fruit kolaches included. I understand because it was a busy Saturday and they closed soon. We placed an order for the ham & swiss and sausage & cheese kolaches but did not get confirmation on the order or the total. The woman in the drive through was unresponsive when we asked if she heard our order. She huffed when she had to speak with us. The kolaches were standard which is good, but there are plenty of other places to eat where you will have far better service and more options.

This review is for the service. My daughter likes to get a kolache before school so we go thru drive thru but one of the ladies at the drive thru (I believe her name is Yola) seems to have an issue with giving me the kolache points when I tell her I have the app. She either rolls her eyes or sighs. One time she sighed and said "I don't have time for this" and charged me all rude. Another time she said she couldn't give me the points because their Internet was down because it was too windy. Seemed like an excuse, but whatever. Sometimes there's no car behind us so it's not like they're super busy all the time. If she doesn't enjoy her job or she's not a morning person she should work somewhere else. Today we tried another Kolache location where the lady was very friendly and didn't mind giving me my points. Made our morning better!

Hope for Nevaeh

So many yummy options! Hit the spot for us while we were in a hurry!

Extremely disorganized. They even have trouble staying on top of orders. I walked half a mile to pick up an order only for it to be canceled at the last minute.Just avoid this place. There's plenty of better places to get kolaches in Houston.
