There has been something wrong with our order every time I've come here. From poorly made kolaches, to us getting the wrong ones, to finding bacon in a kolache that isn't supposed to have it (I personally love bacon but in deference to religious or diet reasons to not eat it, this is unacceptable). I Love Kolache Factory but I'll pass on this location.
Just had an unappetizing experience all in one day here at this location...We went through the drive-through and ordered 4 kolaches with some picante sauce. When we got to the window, the lady gave us 4 very cold kolaches with no sauce. We politely asked for picante sauce, and she gave this mean face to us before giving the sauce. Drive thru. The end.The only "good" thing that came from the lockdown besides remote work is curbside/drive thrus. I never knew love like this before. Look, sometimes I don't want to get out of my car or interact with people. Solved. The lady working waa friendly and nice. She heated up my kolaches perfectly.I was a bit sad that they didn't have any croissant style for 15 min but I survived.
