Kolaches are seriously addictive. I eat these every morning when I'm in Houston. A Kolache is this very soft roll filled with various food items such as Brisket, bacon egg & cheese, chicken enchilda or spinach to name a few. In addition to savory fillings, there are sweet options too like danish or cinnamon twists. Food is baked daily and when any item sells out, you're out of luck until the next day, so be sure to visit early! And when you're asked if you want...

Kolache Factory’s kolaches are always so good! I tried their pizza kolache and their cheeseburger one and they were great! The pizza one is mainly made of pepperonis and cheese. The cheeseburger one is actually made of cheeseburger ingredients lmao! But of course I always love their sausage egg and jalapeño kolache!
