Family run sushi place. We believe it is the best sushi place on the west side.

My favorite but I think it is closed. Went there for lunch last week and the door was locked, no lights on, and no sign posted.

The food is good and so is the service but the smell is quite strong from the pond in the front. Definitely needs to be aired out. The smell makes the dinning experience a bit hard.

New to the area and found this place looking to try new spots. Nice laid back place. The food was well above average with excellent prices and a huge menu. I can see me being a regular customer.

The chicken teriyaki bento box I ordered did not have salad and miso soup. The chicken tasted really really hard it was really bad!

Alway fresh and always delicious. I am wondering why it is so empty every time I come. The waitress is extremely friendly and helpful, professional service and always on point. Huge menu, variety of choices. This place need to be spread out to be supported by local.

Wonderful service and great safe sushi. Waiters are extremely obedient and timely and meet your every need, if that's your thing. I just like the over the top service. The Shrimp Teriyaki is delicious and the spice tuna roll is a firecracker in your mouth that burst with flavors like a unsuspecting surprise on your tongue. The drinks compliment the food across the board.

I really wanted this place to have good ramen. Sadly, the ramen wasn’t the only thing that this restaurant in lacking in. The service was also particularly terrible. I always try and not be a bother for the staff, but I did mention the service to the waitress. I rarely push the issue, so I didn’t. I wasn’t in a huge hurry. I thought I have plenty of time. I’ll start this review with telling you that it took nearly a half hour to receive my bowl of ramen, which is the only thing I ordered. After about 20 minutes, I mentioned the wait to my waitress, who promptly pointed out that the table of 4 next to me hadn’t received their food yet. I was one of 10 - 13 customers in the restaurant on a quiet Tuesday evening. I’d this had been a busy day, how long would it take to get a single bowl of ramen? 2 hours? Longer? Not wanting to make a scene, I left it at that. I told myself I’d wait 6 more minutes before I just leave. My hindsight is telling me I should’ve just left and gone elsewhere. With a minute left, my ramen finally made it to my table. Before the waitress left, I requested and promptly paid my bill. The ramen was absolutely terrible. I came in there hungry and looking forward to a bowl of ramen. I tried to choke it down, but left prob more than half left in the bowl. The bamboo shoots were off and tasted funny. There was no boiled egg as promised on the menu. The pork was greasy and lukewarm. The worst quality of this ramen was, by far, the broth. What a sad excuse for Japanese ramen. The broth was basically hot water. It was completely devoid of flavor. It’s safe to say, I won’t be back and I understand why I drive by this place and see so few cars in the parking lot. How has this place survived with such terrible food in Houston, a real “Mecca for food”? Do better
