Finally visited Saldivias after driving past it for years, and I can only wish I had stopped in years ago. The unassuming location makes for nothing more than the most pleasant of surprises. As this was out first visit, we decided upon a couple of house reds to start, a small salad, and giant heaping spoonfuls of the amazing chimichurri on bread.We also settled on the chicken mixed grill so we could get a good sampling of everything we normally enjoy. The service is excellent and the food is very good. I got the Parillada Completa for me and my father and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for great service and good meat platter or anything else on the menu.

Ventured outside my comfort zip code zone ? and I’m so glad I did! This restaurant was fantastic! Food was very flavorful and presented so clean…no frills just delicious meat, grilled veggies and oh my they’re roasted potatoes yummy ?. We went with a group of 7 and we all had something different and shared…Milanese was juicy, steaks were cooked to perfection, and pasta was tasty. Went on a Saturday and they had a gentleman singing and he was pretty good. Great ambiance.
