The place is a nice surprise! The empanadas are tasty, fresh, and feel very light. They have both sweet and savory ones, and they can customize if you have a preference. They offer multiple drinks, including with alcohol they have both red and rose, and a varied selection of sodas. After closing the Katy location, made the drive to Houston location and was not disappointed. It had been a years since my last Marini Empanada and realized what I have been missing. Between the savory and desert empanadas not a single bite was a disappointment. The sauces that came were fresh and complimented the empanadas. The drive was worth and look forward to my next visit.
